NiKo refuses to be captain

G2 Esports' CS2 player Nikola "NiKo" Kovač has reflected on his performance and explained why he chose not to take on the role of team captain. In an interview with HLTV.org, he shared his thoughts on the matter.

"One of the reasons I didn’t take on the role of captain when we were changing the roster was that I believed in myself, that I could still be one of the best players in the world, and I saw clear progress.

I'm glad I made that decision, and I hope... Maintaining this level is quite challenging, but as long as I see progress in myself, it’s very important to me. I hope now people understand why I didn't assume the captaincy."

Previously, NiKo offered advice on improving skills in Valve’s shooter. He discussed the process of developing shooting accuracy, movement, and other aspects based on his own experience.
