The Ukrainian esports club NAVI has announced an open recruitment for a new youth roster for Counter-Strike 2. The announcement was made on the organisation’s official website.
Players aged between 14 and 17, with more than 2600 ELO on FACEIT, proficient in English at B1 level or above, and not currently under contract with other clubs, are eligible to apply for the project.
NAVI will select the most qualified candidates from the applicants to participate in a three-week competition. The top 10 players will then be invited to a two-week bootcamp at the organisation’s office in Berlin. Ultimately, the five strongest players will be integrated into the NAVI Youth roster.
A few days ago, the Swedish esports club Alliance also announced the launch of its own Counter-Strike 2 academy. Those interested in joining the Alliance youth roster will need to pass through several selection stages.
