NAVI and Eternal Fire win debut matches
The opening matches of Group A in the 20th season of the ESL Pro League have concluded, bringing four teams closer to advancing to the final stage of the championship.
In the first round of the bracket, NAVI defeated Lynn Vision (16:14 on Dust2, 13:4 on Ancient), Eternal Fire secured a victory against FlyQuest (13:10 on Inferno, 13:7 on Dust2), NIP triumphed over HEROIC (a technical win on the first map, 7:13 on Nuke, 13:6 on Vertigo), and Sangal emerged victorious against FaZe (13:2 on Anubis, 11:13 on Ancient, 13:11 on Nuke).
Two more matches are scheduled: in Group B, G2 will face KOI, and 9z will compete against MIBR.
As a reminder, ESL Pro League Season 20 is taking place in Malta from 3 to 22 September, with a total prize pool of $750,000 to be shared among 32 teams.
