NAVI Academy Coach: "B1ad3 makes miracles even without s1mple"

The newly appointed coach of the NAVI Academy, Michał "snatchie" Rudzki, shared his objectives for his role in the Ukrainian club's new project. According to Rudzki, his task will be to identify and develop talent. An interview with snatchie was released on the organisation's YouTube channel.

"It will be great if we can find talented players. Maybe not of the calibre of m0NESY or b1t, but who knows… I hope we can find people who will become good players in the future. My main goal is to develop them. I believe there is a lot of talent in the scene. I hope we will succeed."

The cyber sportsman also mentioned the coach he would look up to in his work. It is worth noting that the 26-year-old Pole has no prior coaching experience.

"I would say it's B1ad3. I consider him an excellent coach. Every time I see him at tournaments, he is always very serious. He works wonders, even when he doesn't have players like s1mple in his lineup. He still manages to win tournaments. He does a tremendous job."

Recently, NAVI announced an open call for a new youth roster for Counter-Strike 2. Players aged 14 to 17 with 2600+ ELO on FACEIT, proficiency in English at a B1+ level, and no contractual ties to other clubs can apply to participate in the project.
