Metizport signs L00m1

The Swedish esports organisation Metizport has officially announced a new addition to its Counter-Strike 2 roster, signing Lucas "L00m1" Håkland.

The 23-year-old Swedish player takes the place of Jack "Jackinho" Ström Mattsson, who left the team a few days ago to take a break from competitive play and focus on his mental health.

Additionally, the club has announced that Nicolás "Plopski" González Zamora is now the team captain, a role previously held by Jackinho.

Recently, Håkland played for Metizport as a stand-in and helped the team secure a slot at the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2024. Over the past three months, L00m1 has maintained a rating of 1.14 across 19 maps.

Before joining Metizport, L00m1 played for Lilmix. Throughout his professional Counter-Strike 2 career, he has earned $4,500 in prize money.

The current Metizport roster is as follows:

- Adam "adamb" Ångström

- Linus "nilo" Bergman

- Nicolás "Plopski" González Zamora

- Anton "Sapec" Palmgren

- Lucas "L00m1" Håkland

- Ahmed "abdi" Abdi (coach)
