The tournament operator YaLLa Esports, organiser of the YaLLa Compass series in Counter-Strike 2, has announced the locations for two new LAN events scheduled for next year.
The first tournament will take place in Qatar from 15 to 20 April, while the second will be held in the United Arab Emirates from 18 to 23 November. The total prize pool for the competitions will be $1.5 million.
The organisers have promised to cover travel and accommodation costs for all participants, as well as to reward clubs that can bring their fans to the event. Details on the nature of these rewards are yet to be revealed.
For context, YaLLa Compass 2024 was held from 5 to 9 June in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The total prize pool for the event was $400,000. In the final, The MongolZ defeated NIP with a score of 2:1.
