Streamer Nikola "Lobanjica" Mižomanović shared his thoughts on the benefits he sees in the release of CS2. He expressed his opinion on his X page.
"Some positives regarding CS2:
- Other developers now know what not to do with their games.
- The developers of CS2 won’t be working on another game.
- CS3 can’t possibly be worse than this (unless the same developers stay on and keep using 'scamtick').
- The only way from here is up, right? It can’t possibly get any worse (the game lags every few minutes, with 60% packet loss for 80% of players)."
Previously, Lobanjica criticised an update to Counter-Strike 2, in which the developers added three new weapon collections, charms, stickers, and a weapon case. He described the creators as "the worst people."
"The tool used to measure network issues was broken, and now it's been fixed so that we can see exactly what’s wrong? They added 5GB of cosmetics just so ReStreamPixel [ohnePixel] would return and stream the game.
Everyone else who doesn’t play the game professionally, just buy five passes and open 500 cases—that’s the CS2 experience, because the first season of Premier mode is full of cheaters.
CS2 developers are the worst people, but at least they know how to copy and paste community-made skins and maps."
