Russian esports athlete Abdul "degster" Gasanov has been officially introduced to the HEROIC lineup. In early May, insider Alexey "OverDrive" Biryukov revealed the player's signing by the Norwegian club.
degster's addition to HEROIC marks his return to competition after a prolonged period of inactivity. In June of last year, he was benched by OG and has not played any official matches since then.
Gasanov will resume his familiar role as a sniper. He takes the place of Nico "nicoodoz" Tamjid, who was removed from the main lineup the day before.
The refreshed HEROIC roster will debut on May 15th. The European team will participate in the upcoming LAN tournament, BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024.
