Innersh1ne: "The pathetic selection of the lineup remained after ruggah left"

FURIA's assistant coach, Vyacheslav "innersh1ne" Britvin, shared his thoughts on the issues plaguing OG's Counter-Strike 2 team. In Britvin's view, the person responsible for the team's player selection lacks the necessary knowledge of the game. He expressed his opinions on his personal Telegram channel.

"I used to think OG's problems were due to ruggah for a long time. But the awful team selection (not just individual players) persisted even after ruggah's departure. This suggests that someone from upper management needs to be replaced, or they should consider leaving CS altogether.

I believe that the person making the final decisions about the roster and players for OG might not have a solid understanding of CS. They may have management experience or have formed teams in other games (or even outside of esports), but probably not in Counter-Strike. That said, I doubt Vladyslava [Vladyslava_Z] bears much responsibility. Again, this is just my perspective. What’s going on is unknown."

It’s worth noting that a month ago, Nils "k1to" Gruhne officially left OG’s roster. The German player had been with the organisation for over a year. His spot in the team was filled by Kristian "Buzz" Andersen, while the role of captain passed to 17-year-old Christoffer "Chr1zN" Storgaard, who joined the team in August. Currently, OG is ranked 36th in the HLTV rankings.
