Imperial has found a replacement for HEN1

The Brazilian esports organisation Imperial has finalised their roster for Counter-Strike 2, with Santino "try" Rigala joining the team. The announcement was made on the social media platform X.

The 19-year-old Argentine sniper had been a substitute for 9z since last year, having left the active roster in October 2023 due to health issues. As a result, try has yet to play a single official match in CS2.

Rigala replaces Enrique "HEN1" Teles, who was recently moved to the bench by Imperial. HEN1 had been with Imperial since July of last year and recorded an average rating of 1.15 during his time with the team.

Imperial’s revamped roster will debut today, 17 July, in the ESL Challenger League Season 48 South America. It is worth noting that the team finished in last place at the FiReLEAGUE 2024 Global Finals in Buenos Aires but secured a spot in the ESL Pro League Season 20. Currently, the team is ranked 28th in the HLTV rankings.

The current roster of Imperial is:

- Vinícius "VINI" Figueiredo

- João "felps" Vasconcellos

- Kaiki "noway" Santos

- Lucas "decenty" Bacelar

- Santino "try" Rigala

And Rafael "zakk" Fernandes (coach)
