Cloud9 defeated GamerLegion in the playoffs of the second European qualifiers for the Thunderpick World Championship 2024 in CS2. The match concluded with a score of 2:1 — 11:13 on Dust2, 13:7 on Vertigo, and 13:8 on Mirage. Sebastian "volt" Malos' team has been eliminated from the qualifiers.

Cloud9 has advanced to the quarter-finals of the qualifiers. In their next match, Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov's team will face ALTERNATE aTTaX.

The second European qualifier for the Thunderpick World Championship 2024 runs from 26 August to 7 September online. Thirty-two teams are competing for $25,000 and one LAN slot.
