Valve has released the updated rankings of the world's best Counter-Strike 2 teams. G2 has ascended to the top position, with Team Spirit moving up to second place. NAVI has dropped to third.
FaZe has lost two spots in the ranking, now occupying the eighth position. Astralis, on the other hand, has climbed to the sixth place (a few days ago, they were in the top nine).
Virtus.pro has fallen from eighth to tenth place, while Liquid has risen from fifteenth to ninth. Several other teams, including NIP, 3DMAX, and paiN, have also shown progress over the past week.
It is worth noting that the open qualifiers for the RMR tournaments for the upcoming Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 in CS2 will only be held in Asia. In other regions, participants for the closed qualifiers will be selected according to the Valve rankings mentioned above.
