Former BetBoom team coach Vyacheslav "innersh1ne" Britvin on the prospects of Cloud9's new roster

Former BetBoom Team coach Vyacheslav "innersh1ne" Britvin has evaluated the prospects of Cloud9's new roster, which has not yet been officially presented to the Counter-Strike 2 community. Vyacheslav believes that the team is unlikely to contend for titles.

Additionally, innersh1ne suggests that the American club should move away from Russian-speaking players and form an entirely European roster. He shared his opinion on his personal Telegram channel.

"It's not that interesting to follow Cloud9, by the way.

It doesn’t look like they are assembling a roster that will compete for titles in the next season.

Rather, this will be a roster that will occasionally appear in playoffs, maybe in the quarter-finals or semi-finals of major tournaments.

Overall, I think the most sensible decision for Cloud9 would be to disband the remnants of the CIS roster and switch to a European lineup."

Recently, insiders reported that Kaysar "ICY" Faiznurov might have been trialling with Cloud9 without his current team's knowledge, which allegedly led to his exclusion from AMKAL's active roster. Cloud9 manager Aleksandr "sweetypotz" Shcherbakov has denied these rumours.
