Enkay J becomes new coach of ENCE
The Finnish esports organisation ENCE has announced a new coach for its Counter-Strike 2 roster—Niklas "enkay J" Krumhorn. The announcement was made via the organisation's page on the social media platform X.
The 35-year-old German esports figure replaces Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński, who was moved to the bench by ENCE at the end of August this year.
Enkay J's most recent team was Entropiq, where he served as coach from July 2023 until June 2024, after which the club placed its entire roster up for transfer due to the cancellation of the open qualifiers for the Major. Before this, Krumhorn had worked with teams such as BIG, Sprout, ALTERNATE aTTaX, and others.
Niklas will make his debut under the ENCE banner tomorrow, 10 September, during the 20th season of the ESL Pro League, where the team will face Liquid in the first round of Group D. As of now, ENCE holds the 28th spot in the HLTV rankings.
Current ENCE roster:
- Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander
- Kacper "Kylar" Walukiewicz
- Krzysztof "Goofy" Górski
- Viktor "sdy" Orudzhev
- Paavo "podi" Heiskanen
