Donk: "It's incredibly difficult to play when you're not sure what to do normally"

Donk explained why it's important to be confident in your gameplay.

"How did you adapt to playing with high ping? What advice can you give to players with high ping?"

"I played a lot and tried various ways to mitigate the ping difference, which led me to my current play style. Advice: don't stand still, keep moving and peeking, that way you'll have better chances."

"How to maintain a winner's mindset and be confident in your gameplay without succumbing to stress?"

"I think it's individual for everyone, but there might be something common, like playing a lot. Regarding confidence, it's incredibly difficult to play when you're unsure about your actions. Even if you do everything right, your uncertainty can hold you back a bit, which is critical in this discipline. So, you need to believe in yourself and your actions, even if they might be wrong. Without mistakes, it's impossible to improve," shared Danil "donk" Kryshkovets.

Donk talked about the emotions after being eliminated from the Major.

"There's a kind of disappointment and emptiness. It's a frustrating and regrettable defeat because I believed and still believe that we should have won. The veto was convenient, but this time they proved to be stronger," replied Spirit's rifler.

Spirit lost to Faze in the quarterfinals of the PGL Major Copenhagen. On the deciding map, "Dragons" made a comeback from 5:12, but ultimately lost in overtime.

Donk explained why Spirit missed ESL Pro League 19.

"A lot of people were asking this question. This tournament wasn't originally on our schedule, we didn't have an invite for it. So, when we were invited, we were occupied with important matters," explained Danil "donk" Kryshkovets.

Spirit could have replaced Cloud9 at ESL Pro League 19 but declined. The slot was filled by SAW, a Portuguese team that failed to advance from the group stage. Spirit's upcoming tournaments will be BetBoom Dacha and IEM Dallas.
