Astralis player Nicolai "device" Riddtz commented after his team's loss to Team Spirit, resulting in their elimination from the BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2024. The esports athlete's message was posted on the social media platform X.

"We lost today because of me—I caught the flu."

On the evening of 26 September, Astralis lost to Team Spirit with a score of 1:2. As a result, Riddtz's team exited the tournament, while Spirit advanced to the playoffs.

The BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2024 takes place from 25 to 29 September in Denmark. Eight teams are competing for a prize pool of $425,000.
