Heroic's sniper Abdul "degster" Gasanov commented on the visa issues faced by the BetBoom Team, which will prevent them from participating in IEM Cologne 2024 for CS2. He shared his thoughts on the situation on his personal Telegram channel:
"It's a shame for the guys from BetBoom. We have the same visa problem; we even applied to the same country. However, I applied earlier and am still waiting for my documents. This is a response to those who asked why only I have this issue. I could have mentioned it earlier, but I was hopeful that both I, BetBoom, and some other people you don't know about would get our visas. We all applied to the same country."
It was previously announced that the BetBoom Team will not participate in IEM Cologne 2024 due to visa problems. Their spot in the tournament will be taken by Team 3DMAX. Gasanov will also miss at least the first matches of the championship for the same reason, with Vladimir "Woro2k" Velitnyuk temporarily replacing him in Heroic.
