CS2 improved keychain physics

[GRAPHICS]

– Certain particle effects, such as tracers, have been adjusted to revert to mixed resolution when MSAA is disabled, improving performance on lower graphics settings.  

– Lighting artefacts in various indoor areas during map compilation have been enhanced.

[MISCELLANEOUS]

– Teammate colours will now be assigned on official servers once all players have clicked "ACCEPT", ensuring the correct colours are applied during the pick/ban phase and warm-up.  

– The physics system for weapon charms has been refined to better match weapon animations.
