Chopper: "A very cool option for G2 is to call NiKo and take Perfecto"

The captain of Team Spirit, Leonid "chopper" Vishnyakov, interacted with viewers during his personal Twitch stream. The Russian cybersportsman listed the players he believes are the strongest captains in Counter-Strike 2 at the moment.

"siuhy, apEX, Aleksib, Jame. Those in the top 5 of the [HLTV ranking]—they are the top captains. karrigan—definitely. I'd also say cadiaN for sure, but things just didn’t work out with his new team [Liquid]."

Additionally, Vishnyakov shared his opinion on NAVI player Justinas "jL" Lekavicius. Leonid considers the Lithuanian to be a very strong player.

"Also, jL is incredibly strong, a real boss. I like how he plays. He lost a bit of his form after the major, but I like his logical approach to playing CS. I used to play somewhat similarly, but not as hardcore as he does—he can shut people down hard and isn’t afraid to play solo. In short, jL is cool."

Finally, chopper commented on the recent changes in G2’s CS2 roster. Vishnyakov suggested that the German club sign Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy.

"It seems like a great option for G2 would be NiKo as the caller and signing Perfecto. I just don’t know how malbsMd fits into the roles—I haven’t followed this player at all."

It’s worth recalling that yesterday, Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen officially left G2’s starting roster for Counter-Strike 2. The organisation has yet to announce the name of the player who will take the vacant spot on the roster.
