Boombl4 named his favourite match of his entire CS career

Cloud9 Counter-Strike 2 player Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov revealed which match he considers his favourite in his career. He chose the game against Team Vitality at the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024. The esports player shared his thoughts in an interview for the YouTube channel "REPORTAGE KAREN".

"[Question: 'What’s your favourite match you’ve played?'] Based on recent emotions... I was thrilled to return to the major arena after my break. The quarter-final with Cloud9, where we played against Team Vitality. I didn't even have strong doubts after the match; I was in high spirits just being back in the arena.

This match will be remembered in history. We are one of the nine teams that participated in the world championship and made it to the playoffs in CS2. It’s a page of history."

The match between Team Vitality and Cloud9 ended with a victory for Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut's team. The PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 was the first major in the history of Counter-Strike 2. It took place from 17th to 31st March in Copenhagen, Denmark.
