Ax1Le: "FaZe esport players are not in their prime"
Sergey "Ax1Le" Rykhtorov, a member of Cloud9, shared insights on their preparation for the BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024, set to begin in a few days. In his comments to Metaratings, Rykhtorov mentioned that it is challenging to predict whether he and his teammates will succeed in the tournament based on their current training results.
"It is going well right now. Based on the training sessions, it's hard to say; we'll see what happens in the tournaments."
"I am eager and very interested to see how we will perform. I hope we achieve a good result."
The Russian cyber sportsman also commented on Cloud9's first opponent in the upcoming competition – FaZe Clan. According to Sergey, the FaZe players are not currently at the peak of their form.
"The players are probably not in their prime form, but they are always a tough opponent to play against, so we will need to make a great effort."
Previously, Ax1Le's teammate Nikita "HeavyGod" Martynenko commented on his joining the Cloud9 roster and shared the team's goal for the BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 in Copenhagen.
