Author Cache has shown another screenshot of the new version of the map

The renowned map developer for Counter-Strike, Shawn "FMPONE" Snelling, has shared a new screenshot of Cache for CS2 on his X social media page.

This time, FMPONE showcased point B. When asked why many map elements resemble those from the old version, he responded: "I have a feeling this is what people want. Moreover, this isn't the final version; work is still ongoing."

It should be noted that the original version of de_cache was introduced in Counter-Strike back in 2012. In 2017, the map was added to the competitive map pool, but two years later, it was replaced by Vertigo. In 2020, FMPONE released an updated version of Cache, which was added to the official servers but not included in the Active Duty pool.
