ALTERNATE aTTaX is the latest participant in IEM Cologne 2024

The team ALTERNATE aTTaX has secured the final spot in IEM Cologne 2024, one of the biggest Counter-Strike 2 championships of the year. The team has advanced to the Play-In stage.

Lukas "FreeZe" Hegmann's squad won the closed qualifier for German teams, where ALTERNATE aTTaX decisively defeated Versagertrupp in the final.

The final bracket of the qualifiers is as follows:

IEM Cologne 2024 will take place from August 7 to 18 in Cologne, Germany, featuring 24 teams. The total prize pool for the event is $1 million. Four teams earned their spots in the championship through previous ESL events, while the remaining slots were allocated based on the ESL ranking.
