On the night of 21st August, Valve released an update for Counter-Strike 2. The information was posted on the official website of the game. The patch size is approximately 110 MB.
Patch Notes:
- The Masterminds 2 music set is now available. It can be purchased for ₽429 for the standard version, and ₽689 for the StatTrak version. The set includes eight tracks that can be used in the main menu, at the beginning and end of rounds, and during map task showcases.
- Fixed an issue where audio output was distorted due to the use of high-performance CPU cores.
- Minor style adjustments in the scoreboard.
- Reduced performance delays at the end of rounds.
The previous update was released on 20th August. It included a ban on Jumpthrow, several changes regarding automated movement command inputs, and the official announcement of the testing phase for the VacNet 3.0 anti-cheat system.
